This is our policy regarding the privacy of information we collect on our websites and inside our applications. This privacy policy applies to the zzBots website and all the internet accessible web properties and mobile applications for zzBots which are owned or operated by zzSoft LLC. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that zzSoft LLC does not own or control. This Privacy Policy includes examples of the types of personal information we collect and the kinds of parties with whom we share such information. Information We Gather and How We Use It: We collect certain information from you in order to provide you with the most interesting and useful website and applications possible. We use your IP address to identify you, to gather demographic information that helps us understand how you and our other customers use our website and applications, and to administer our website. Our registration process requires you to give us contact information (like your name, company name, mailing address, phone number and email address). We use your contact information to contact you about our applications. We sometimes conduct surveys and contests. If you elect to participate, we may ask you for contact, demographic and other information as part of these offerings. We would use this information to analyze and report on the results of surveys, and to provide you with the results of the surveys and contests. Participation in surveys and contests is completely voluntary. For certain API integrations such as Google Drive, Gmail, DropBox, Twitter (and 250+ more), when you connect these applications from our website, we will store information that allows zzBots to connect to and control these applications on your behalf. At the time you connect to many of these applications (but not all depending on which application) - you will be prompted with a screen which asks your permission and shows you the type of permission being requested. Once you grant permission for our website to connect to these applications, you can then control these applications from within our website by creating processes, searches, and other various features of our website. We may review bots you have created to ensure they are safe, operating properly, and do not violate our terms of use (example: we don't allow using bots for spamming). If we detect problems with your bots, we may send you comments for required or recommended changes. Our emails are based on categories each of which have their own opt out urls to remove your email from these categories. The only emails we do not allow you to opt out of are those concerning important account or billing information. Opt out urls are conveniently located at the bottom of any bulk emails we send. Data Retention: zzSoft LLC retains personal data, including data synced between applications via zzBots, only as long as necessary to provide the services requested by the user or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Bot History Retention: For the convenience of our users, zzSoft LLC retains history logs of bot activities (Bot History) for a period of 30 days, allowing users to review actions performed by zzBots. Users have the ability to delete this history at any time through their user interface. This enables users to manage their data actively and ensures that they have control over their personal information. Data Involving Google Services: When syncing data with Google services, such as Google Drive or Gmail, through our APIs, we adhere strictly to Google's Privacy Policy and Data Retention requirements. We ensure that data retrieved from Google services is handled with the utmost care and is retained only temporarily to accomplish the tasks set by our users. This data is also subject to our 30-day retention limit unless explicitly deleted sooner by the user. We implement robust security measures to protect data during retention and ensure it is deleted securely after the retention period has expired or when no longer needed. Information We May Disclose: zzSoft LLC does not sell or disclose personal information about you described above to other people or nonaffiliated companies, except to provide you with products or services, when we have your permission, or under the certain circumstances as detailed below. We share demographic, profile and other general information about you and our other customers with our partners on an aggregate basis. This means that we tell our advertisers general information about the characteristics of our customer base such as how many visitors and registered users we have within a certain postal code, but we do not specifically identify a particular visitor or provide his or her contact information to our advertisers. Disclosures Permitted by Law: We provide the information on a confidential basis to nonaffiliated companies we engage as contractors or agents to perform services for us, such as maintaining software, sending direct mail or administering a sweepstakes or contest. Information will be shared with such contractors only to the extent reasonably necessary for them to perform services on our behalf, and pursuant to confidentiality obligations; In response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, from law enforcement agencies or state and federal regulators; If we are acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, zzSoft LLC will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy. Cookies: Our website uses "cookies" which deposit certain record keeping information in your hard drive. We use cookies to keep track of your preferences, deliver content specific to your interests, and for other similar purposes. These cookies can't read other data from your hard drive or read cookie files created by other sites or applications.
