Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 29, 2026
At Falconer AI Company (“Falconer”), we take your privacy seriously. Please read this Privacy Policy to learn how we treat your personal data. By using or accessing our Products in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined below, and you hereby consent that we will collect, use and disclose your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Remember that your use of Falconer Products is at all times subject to our Terms of Service, which incorporates this Privacy Policy. Any terms we use in this Policy without defining them have the definitions given to them in the Terms of Service.
As we continually work to improve our Products, we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will alert you of material changes by placing a notice on the Falconer website, by sending you an email and/or by some other means. Please note that if you’ve opted not to receive legal notice emails from us (or you haven’t provided us with your email address), those legal notices will still govern your use of the Products, and you are still responsible for reading and understanding them. If you use the Products after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, that means you agree to all of the changes.
What this Privacy Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy covers how we treat Personal Data that we gather when you access or use our Products. “Personal Data” means any information that identifies or relates to a particular individual and also includes information referred to as “personally identifiable information” or “personal information” or “sensitive personal information” under applicable data privacy laws, rules or regulations. This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of companies we don’t own or control or people we don’t manage.
Google account and Workspace data
This section applies to information obtained through Google APIs and information derived from it (“Google data”), including for free and trial accounts. It takes precedence over conflicting provisions in this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service, including provisions about advertising, AI training, and aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data. Falconer’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and the Google Workspace user data and developer policy.
Access and use
Google sign-in provides your account identifier, email address, name, and profile picture to create and identify your Falconer account. Connecting a Google integration is a separate action: Falconer displays the integration’s access and sharing disclosure before you continue to Google to approve permissions. We store account identifiers, connected-account email addresses, and authorization credentials to maintain the connections you enable.
Drive: Falconer reads and downloads files accessible to the account you connect, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, and reads metadata such as file names, folders, modification times, and sharing permissions. We sync and index this content for organization search, source links, summaries, and AI answers. This connection does not edit or delete files in Google Drive.
Gmail: Falconer searches and reads messages, threads, attachments, and labels; creates and edits drafts; manages labels; moves messages to trash; and sends messages through the actions you request. Email drafts are presented for review before an explicit send or scheduled-send action. We do not request permission to permanently delete Gmail messages.
Calendar: Falconer reads calendars, event details, and availability and creates, edits, and deletes events, including attendees and meeting links, through the actions you request. Google makes event information available to the attendees you select.
Visibility, AI processing, and sharing
Drive is an organization connection: synced content may be available to other organization members under Falconer’s access controls. Connect only an account whose files you are authorized to share with that organization. Gmail and Calendar connections are personal and scoped to the connecting user within the organization. Information you include in a shared conversation or document can become visible to its recipients under that item’s sharing settings.
We process Google data using our hosting, storage, search, and AI service providers to deliver the features you enable. Relevant content and prompts may be sent to AI providers for search embeddings, summaries, answers, drafts, and requested actions. Depending on your organization’s configuration and model selection, these providers can include Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, Groq, Fireworks, providers accessed through OpenRouter, or a provider configured by your organization. We require processors receiving Google data to use it only for the permitted purposes of providing these features, subject to the same Limited Use restrictions. Provider processing can include retention needed to operate the requested service or protect its security; we do not promise that every provider uses zero retention.
We do not sell Google data, use it for advertising or creditworthiness decisions, or use it to develop, train, or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models. These restrictions also apply to Google-derived summaries, outputs, and aggregated or de-identified information and apply regardless of your subscription plan. Other transfers are limited to the purposes permitted by Google’s policies, such as protecting security, complying with applicable law, or a business transfer with the required prior consent. Human access is limited to your affirmative agreement to view specific data, security investigations, or legal requirements.
Storage, retention, and deletion
We retain authorization credentials while a connection is enabled and temporarily cache credentials and connection state. Synced Drive content is stored in Falconer’s search indexes and related data stores. Retrieved Gmail messages and attachments, Calendar information, email drafts, event proposals, and generated outputs may be retained in conversations, documents, or scheduled actions. Our hosted production data stores use encryption in transit and at rest and account and organization access controls. Customer-managed deployments also depend on the customer’s hosting and security configuration.
Disconnecting in Settings > Integrations removes the active connection credentials and stops future access through that connection. Disconnecting Drive queues deletion of indexed Google source content when no other Google source remains connected to the organization; otherwise, shared indexed content remains available to the remaining source. Disconnecting Gmail or Calendar does not delete information previously saved in conversations or documents or delete messages or events in Google. Delete retained conversations and documents separately or request help deleting Google data, including derived data, by emailing team@falconer.com. Organization administrators manage organization-owned content and can coordinate these requests with us.
You can also revoke Falconer’s authorization in your Google Account connections. Disconnecting in Falconer does not automatically revoke the Google authorization, and revocation can affect other Falconer Google integrations authorized by the same account. Temporary caches, diagnostic logs, and backups can retain copies for their configured retention periods. We restrict retained Google data to the permitted purposes described here, including necessary security and legal obligations, and remove retained copies through deletion procedures and retention cycles.
