List of subcontractors (sub-processors) processing personal data (Last Update 8/2026) Change August 21, 2026 – Removed Sendgrid by Twilio, Twilio, Braintree, Hubspot, Stripe; added AWS, and made some cosmetic language changes. Surveypal is using subcontractors to enable providing services for customers. All survey data our customers are collecting is stored inside the EU area. In case email or SMS is used in the Survey Tool, subcontractors outside of EU may be used, always opting for EU sites for data processing. For more information, contact [email protected].
