Description of Service SimpleMetrics provides a Google Workspace add-on for using enterprise-grade AI in Google Sheets. 3. User Conduct you agree not to use the Services for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, sexually exploitative, or spam-related activities, to respect others’ rights and privacy, and not to interfere with or disrupt the Services or access them in unauthorized ways. 4. Account Security You are responsible for safeguarding your password and activities under your account. 5. Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in and to the software, design, branding, and underlying technology of the Service are owned by SimpleMetrics or its licensors. Users retain all rights to the content they submit to the Service, as well as to the AI-generated output derived from their inputs, subject to applicable law. 6. Data Protection Refer to our Privacy Policy. 7. Termination We may suspend or terminate access to our service for any reason without notice. 8. Refund If you have not used the service, SimpleMetrics offers a full refund for payments made within the last 30 days.
