Privacy policy
Last updated: July 2, 2026
This privacy policy explains how ZigiWave ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data in connection with the ZigiOps website and platform. It is written as a clear default; your organization's data processing agreement governs any conflict.
The platform stores no customer data
ZigiOps is stateless by design. When it integrates or migrates data between your systems, it processes records in memory and writes them to the target without retaining a copy. We do not hold a database of your operational records. This section describes only the personal data we process as a business — for example, when you visit this site or contact us.
Information we collect
Contact details you provide via forms — name, work email, company and message content.
Usage data such as pages visited and referring source, collected via cookies (see our cookie policy).
Trial and account data needed to provision and support an evaluation or subscription.
How we use information
To respond to enquiries and provide requested demos, trials and support.
To administer accounts, billing and the services you sign up for.
To improve our website and communicate relevant product updates, where permitted.
Legal bases
We process personal data on the bases of consent, performance of a contract, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, consistent with applicable data-protection law including the GDPR.
Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate (for example, CRM and email delivery), under appropriate contractual safeguards, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact info@zigiwave.com.
Retention & security
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, and apply organizational and technical safeguards consistent with our ISO 27001 certification.
