We will also mention your rights in regards to processing your personal information. Your privacy is important to us and our policy is to be fully transparent with you.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website mtmomk.co.uk, use our software applications, or install our add-ons from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
We process your personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and other applicable privacy laws.

This section specifically applies to data accessed via our applications available on the Google Workspace Marketplace.

Our application accesses certain data from your Google Workspace account to provide its core functionality. We only request access to information that is necessary for the application to function.
The permissions requested are specific to the particular add on and are detailed when a user instals the add on. Permission is requested again if any changes are made to the scopes required by the add ons
4.2 Limited Use Disclosure
We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
No Sale of Data: We explicitly affirm that we do not sell your Google user data to third parties.
No Advertising: We do not use your Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting or personalized ads.
Functional Use Only: We use your Google user data solely to provide or improve the user-facing features of our application that are prominent in the user interface.
Transfer Restrictions: We do not transfer your Google user data to third parties unless:
It is necessary to provide or improve the application's features (e.g., using a cloud database provider).
To comply with applicable laws.
As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with your consent or notice).
