Privacy Policy Introduction Our privacy policy is simple: we don't share user data with outside third parties. Any information we collect is minimal and is used only to debug, improve, and operate our Package Tracker Apps. Information We Collect We strive to provide the best experience for our users. As part of the signup and use of our add-ons, our Google Sheets and Slack Apps share with us your email address. We use your email address to associate your payment information with the correct user and to respond to support requests. We do not sell or share your email address (or any other user data) with any third parties. We also store tracking numbers you submit to determine usage and help in debugging issues and improve the service. We only retain collected information like tracking numbers for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service - typically 90 days. What data we store, we'll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. Data Storage Deletion You can delete or request your data at any time. Requests to delete your data will be processed within 24 hours. Data deletion cannot be undone as it will be completely wiped from our servers.
