Skip to content Legal Privacy Policy Last updated: September 27, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how Kinetic Helix LLC(“Kinetic Helix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit kinetichelix.io, interact with us, or use the websites, mobile applications (iOS and Android), browser extensions, add-ons, or software products we operate (collectively, the “Services”), including Mail Falcon, Attendance Tracker, Music Genie, Sealed Rose, Sonave, Eyrie, Store Hop, Middle Ground, Lower Back Stretching, and Rip Club. 1. Information we collect We collect information you provide directly, as well as information generated automatically through your use of the Services: Account & contact information: When you register, sign in, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, username, profile identifiers, and authentication credentials. Payment & billing details: For web subscriptions and direct purchases, transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers or CVV codes; Stripe handles cardholder data in compliance with PCI-DSS Level 1. We receive only transaction confirmations, tokenized identifiers, and billing details necessary for tax and accounting records. For in-app purchases on iOS or Android, billing is handled directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), and we receive only anonymized transaction receipts. Shipping & delivery data: For products involving physical merchandise or collectible trading cards (such as Rip Club), we collect the recipient name, physical shipping address, and phone number necessary to label, dispatch, and track shipments through commercial carriers (USPS, UPS). Product-specific functional data: We process data necessary to provide specific product features: email open/click events in Mail Falcon; Google Meet attendee join/leave timestamps in Attendance Tracker; user-submitted prompts or media clips in Music Genie; forensic video frame samples in Sealed Rose (under strict zero-retention benchmarks); audio snippets in Sonave for real-time voice clone scoring; and invitation details in Middle Ground. Technical, diagnostic & device data: When you access our Services, our servers automatically log standard internet telemetry, including your IP address, browser type and version, device model, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, and timestamps. We collect anonymized crash reports and performance telemetry via Sentry to identify and fix bugs. 2. How we use your information We use the information we collect strictly for legitimate business and operational purposes: to deliver, maintain, authenticate, and improve the Services; to process transactions, fulfill orders, ship physical merchandise, and provide customer support; to send essential transactional communications (e.g., account verifications, password resets, shipping updates); to monitor app stability, diagnose system errors, and safeguard the security and integrity of our systems; to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, and violations of our Terms of Service; to comply with applicable legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements. 3. How we share your information We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in the limited circumstances below: Trusted service providers: We share data with third-party vendors and sub-processors who assist us in operating the Services under strict contractual obligations to process data solely on our behalf: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), Shippo and commercial carriers such as USPS and UPS (shipping fulfillment), Cloudflare and Railway (edge infrastructure and hosting), Sentry (crash diagnostics), and Google Cloud / Workspace (where product features directly integrate). Legal compliance & protection: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or government regulation, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to investigate or prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Kinetic Helix, our users, or the public. Business transactions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, customer information may be transferred as a business asset subject to this Privacy Policy. 4. Cookies, analytics & Global Privacy Control (GPC) We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you logged in, preserve user preferences, and secure our Services. We use privacy-conscious aggregate analytics to understand general website traffic and feature adoption. We do not employ third-party advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking scripts. We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signals sent by your browser. You can also adjust cookie preferences directly through your browser settings. 5. Biometric data notice (zero biometric collection) Kinetic Helix LLCdoes not collect, capture, purchase, receive, obtain, convert, or store biometric identifiers or biometric information (such as retina or iris scans, fingerprints, voiceprints, or scans of hand or facial geometry) as defined under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (740 ILCS 14/ “BIPA”), Texas Business & Commerce Code Chapter 503 (“CUBI”), Washington RCW 19.375, or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). Forensic and media authenticity products operated by Kinetic Helix LLC (including Sealed Rose and Sonave) perform automated mathematical analysis of digital media files and streams solely in volatile computer memory (RAM) to detect synthetic generator artifacts, optical flow discontinuities, and frequency anomalies. This analysis is 100% ephemeral, does not extract or create facial biometric templates, does not identify or profile human individuals, and discards all ephemeral stream data immediately upon computation. 6. Data retention & security We retain personal information only for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide the Services, or as necessary to comply with legal, statutory, tax, and auditing obligations (such as financial records retention under U.S. law). When personal data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. All web and API traffic is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3), and sensitive data is encrypted at rest. While no internet transmission is 100% impenetrable, we continually review and update our security practices. 7. Your privacy rights Depending on your place of residence (including California, Florida, Virginia, Colorado, and other jurisdictions), you may have statutory privacy rights regarding your personal information, including: Right to know / access: The right to request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and share. Right to delete: The right to request the permanent deletion of your personal data, subject to legal recordkeeping exemptions. Right to correct: The right to correct inaccurate personal data we maintain about you. Right to non-discrimination: You will never receive discriminatory treatment or denial of services for exercising your privacy rights. Notice of no sale or sharing: Because we do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not require a separate opt-out mechanism. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals universally. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We verify requests by confirming ownership of the email address associated with your account and respond within the timeframes mandated by law. 8. Children's privacy & age restrictions Our general Services are not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal data without verified parental consent, we will promptly delete that data. Certain specialized Services (such as Rip Club) are strictly restricted to adults aged 18 and older. We do not permit minors to open accounts or transact on age-restricted platforms. 9. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. 10.
