Terms of Use
Welcome to SellerSheetAI.com ("Site") and the SellerSheet Google Sheets add-on, web app, APIs, MCP server and AI plugins (together, the "Service"). Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Important: BY USING THE SERVICE AND THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE OR SITE.
Copyright and Limitations on Use
The content available through the Site and Service is the property of SellerSheet (referred to as "SellerSheet," "we," or "us"), and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to, add-ons, software extensions, documentation, tools, spreadsheets, and other items displayed or provided as part of the Services.
You may display, reformat, and print content received through the Services for your personal use or for limited infrequent commercial purposes. However, you agree not to:
Resell or redistribute any content, data, or tools from SellerSheet.
Reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, publish, broadcast, or circulate any content from the Services to others, including within the same company or organization, without our express prior written consent.
Use automated tools, such as data scraping, to extract data outside the intended functionalities of the Services.
As an exception, you may share an insubstantial portion of content on an occasional basis with others, provided you:
Include all copyright and proprietary notices as they appear on the original content.
Attribute the source with the phrase: "Used with permission from SellerSheet https://www.sellersheetai.com."
Open-source components. Some components, including the SellerSheet Skills plugin, are published under their own open-source licenses (for example Apache-2.0). For those components, their license governs instead of the restrictions above.
Account Ownership and Responsibility
Account Ownership
The individual or entity that creates the account and provides the Payment Method ("Account Owner") is responsible for all activity associated with the account. To maintain security, the Account Owner should:
Keep login credentials confidential.
Refrain from sharing account access unless explicitly allowed under the purchased plan.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of the account.
Note: Each account is for one person. Do not share your login, API keys or connected AI sessions with anyone else. To give teammates access, use the team or store-sharing features included in your plan, where each teammate uses their own account. We may suspend or terminate accounts whose credentials are shared.
Inactive Accounts
If a free account shows no activity for twelve (12) months, we may delete it and its data. Accounts with an active subscription or a remaining credit balance are not deleted for inactivity.
Payments, Billing, and Usage Charges
Subscription and Billing
Subscription fees are charged on the date you sign up for the Service ("Subscription Date") and continue based on the billing cycle of your chosen plan.
Payments are due in full at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable.
If your Payment Method fails, we may suspend your account until payment is resolved.
Plan Changes and Proration
Upgrading to a higher-tier plan, or switching from monthly to annual billing, takes effect immediately. We charge the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period and apply a credit for the unused portion of your previous plan. Your subscription then renews at the new plan's rate.
Downgrading to a lower-tier plan, or switching from annual to monthly billing, takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan and its limits until then. No refund or credit is issued for the unused portion of the current period.
Proration credits are applied to your account against future charges and are not paid out as cash refunds.
You may cancel a scheduled plan change at any time before it takes effect.
No Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable, including partially used periods or subscriptions canceled before the end of the billing cycle. Support services, templates, and custom development are also non-refundable.
Money-Back Guarantee
First-Time Users: If you cancel within 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a refund under our Money-Back Guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within the 30-day period. Renewal subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.
Credits
Credits are an optional, one-time purchase and are not part of any subscription. One credit is priced at US$1.00 at the rate shown at checkout, subject to the minimum purchase amount displayed.
Credits are a single balance that funds every AI-backed action, wherever you run it — the Google Sheets add-on, the web workspace, or an MCP client. Each action is priced by the rate card shown in your account and at checkout. Prices may differ by the model route you choose on your Dashboard.
The price of an action is held against your balance before the action runs. If the action fails to deliver a result, the held amount is automatically returned to your balance — a failed action is not charged.
Rates may change with notice; a change never reprices credits you have already spent.
Purchased credits do not expire and remain available in your account.
Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
AI Features and Connected AI Clients
Review before you publish. AI-generated images, listing copy, insights and recommendations can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing them before submitting anything to Amazon, noon or elsewhere.
Your AI client acts for you. When you connect an AI client (such as Claude, ChatGPT/Codex or CodeBuddy) by OAuth or API key, actions it takes through SellerSheet, including changes to listings, prices, shipments and ads, are treated as your actions. Keep API keys secret and revoke any you no longer use under Dashboard → MCP & API keys.
Third-party AI clients are provided by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies.
Your content. You own the content you generate, subject to the rights of others. Do not use the Service to create content that infringes trademarks, copyrights or other rights, or that violates Amazon's or noon's listing and image policies.
Third-Party Platforms
SellerSheet is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, noon or Google. You are responsible for complying with their terms and policies, including Amazon's Seller Code of Conduct. We are not responsible for actions these platforms take on your accounts, or for their outages or API changes.
Customer Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice in the following cases:
Non-Payment: Failure to pay subscription fees or credit purchases.
Unauthorized Account Use: Sharing login credentials or using the Service outside authorized terms.
Breach of Terms: Violating any provision of these Terms.
Unacceptable Conduct: Behavior deemed unacceptable at our sole discretion.
If we terminate your account without cause, we may refund a prorated portion of prepaid fees. Upon termination, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.
User Responsibilities and Indemnification
As a user of the Service, you agree to:
Use the Service only as intended and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Indemnify and hold harmless SellerSheet, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerSheet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost sales, lost profits, or actions taken on your marketplace accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
Changes to These Terms
SellerSheet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or Service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage users to regularly review these Terms.
Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription:
Navigate to your account settings and initiate the cancellation process.
Alternatively, submit a support ticket to [email protected].
Note: Cancellation requests via email or contact forms are not guaranteed to be processed unless explicitly acknowledged. We recommend canceling directly through your account settings.
