We expressly disclaim all liability for any damages, losses, or disruptions to your business arising from your use of LineNow.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LineNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of profits or revenue
Business interruption
Loss or corruption of data
Costs of substitute services
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.
4. Data & Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your account credentials and the accuracy of data you submit. You agree that we are not liable for data loss, misconfiguration, or third-party service errors.
5. Modifications and Termination
We may update or discontinue parts of LineNow at any time. We also reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Updates to this policy will be posted here and continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be filed in King County, WA.
