MOFFI's principal activity is the creation, publication, promotion and operation of collaborative and management solutions dedicated to the sharing of workspaces, and other similar or related products and services. MOFFI is a workspace and parking management and sharing solution. MOFFI's VAT number is the following: FR83821179843. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") are addressed to all Users and are intended to define the terms and conditions for the provision and use of the services of the website www.moffi.io or in the form of mobile applications (hereinafter "solution"), owned and operated by the MOFFI solution. Accessing, consulting and using the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC). The GTC applicable to any transaction on the MOFFI solution are those in force at the time of acceptance of the order by the Member. The participant is therefore advised to refer to the latest version of the GTC, available at all times on the Site, before any use. In the event of disagreement with these conditions, no use of this Site may be made, as it is forbidden. MOFFI reserves the right to refuse access to the Site, unilaterally and without prior notice, to any User who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. General conditions of use of the site and the services offered Use of the www.moffi.io site implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions of use. They may be modified or supplemented at any time. Users are therefore advised to consult them regularly. In principle, the site is permanently accessible, but MOFFI may decide to interrupt it for technical maintenance. MOFFI will endeavor to inform users upstream, specifying the dates and times of intervention. The site www.moffi.io is updated regularly, including its legal notices, which are binding on users.
