Privacy Policy This privacy policy provides information about the data that Formfacade (“Enhance Google Forms”) collects, and how it uses that data. Formfacade is a cloud-hosted software application built by Mailrecipe LLC hereby referred to as Formfacade. Data we collect and use Formfacade collects personal and non-personally identifiable information through its Google Forms™ add-on. We receive your email address when you install our add-on, so that we have send notifications about your product usage. More specifically, we collect the email address, so that we can send warning email when you exceed the usage limit. If we are contacted by email, we will collect all the information included within and attached to the email. We use the information we collect to respond to your information requests and communicate with you. Formfacade also collects personal and non-personally identifiable information of your users solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We also store the files uploaded by your users. These files can be deleted in our admin dashboard. We do not share this data with advertisers or external services for monetization. The categories of personal data we may collect include: Account information: Email address, name, and Google account identifiers Usage data: Product usage metrics, feature usage, and interaction logs Compliance data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, and access timestamps Form and document data: Form responses and files uploaded by your users if you have enabled the file upload feature Data we collect from Google Workspace Addon Formfacade's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Subprocessors Google LLC- Runs on Google Cloud Infrastructure (Firebase). Stripe - Used for processing subscription payments. Amazon SES - Used for sending email notifications. OpenAI - Used for AI features, including live speech-to-text transcription in the meeting note taker, and when you use the app through the ChatGPT integration. Sarvam AI - Speech-to-text processing for the meeting note taker: recorded meeting audio is transcribed into a speaker-labelled transcript. Data Retention We retain your data for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide our services. Upon termination of your account, all existing copies of your personal data will be deleted within 90 business days upon request. User Controls You can enable the Privacy option to delete the responses in Abandoned and Trash status permanently. You can also manually delete the files uploaded by your users using our admin dashboard. Additionally, you can also uninstall the add-on at any time to stop further data collection. Data Security We take all necessary administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to safeguard and protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure, both during transmission and once we receive it. Although all useful precautions are taken by us, we cannot guarantee its absolute security as no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. When you enter sensitive information, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Changes and Updates We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make any changes to our privacy policy, we will notify our clients by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on this website prior to the change becoming effective.
