Changes are indicated by an updated date at the top of this page. Third-Party Integrations Google — Access is limited to specific Drive files and Slides presentations for export functionality. Miro — Integration allows exporting content to selected boards and frames. Figma — Enables embedding Figma frames in your projects. Data Collection Voluntary information — Name, email, phone, address, and payment details provided during signup, support inquiries, job applications, or purchases. Browser-generated data — IP addresses and visit statistics for performance monitoring. Service-generated data — Projects, files, 3D models, images, and account-related data created through use of the service. Data Sharing & Retention Personal information is not sold or rented. Disclosure occurs only for legal compliance, rights protection, or with your consent. Third-party service providers must keep data confidential. Retention spans only as long as necessary. Security All data we collect from you on the Services is protected against unauthorised access. Physical and digital protections are maintained, though liability excludes breaches beyond reasonable control. Possible risks include feature downtime or bugs, temporary or permanent data loss, session crashes, unintended content visibility despite security measures, and third-party platform exposure when exporting. Matchbox XR Ltd and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
