Our Privacy Policy
Our policy is simple: we never sell or rent your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances. The security of your personal information is very important to us and we are committed to protecting the information we collect. We at HiView have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our website.
We collect the domain name and email address (where possible) of visitors to our website, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via email, as well as information volunteered by the visitor, such as preferences, survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used only by HiView Solutions internally for marketing purposes. Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information (including proprietary information) that we maintain about them.
Disputes/Arbitration
HiView Solutions will investigate and resolve any disputes regarding this Statement. If we cannot satisfy your concerns, the dispute will be settled by arbitration in San Luis Obispo, California, before a single arbitrator. The arbitration, administered by JAMS under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules, allows for judgment to be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
California law allows residents to request details about what personal information companies share with third parties for marketing. HiView Solutions does not share your information with third parties for their own marketing. If you have questions about what HiView Solutions may share with third parties that aren’t covered in this Statement, please contact us at [email protected]. Some web browsers have “Do Not Track” features. When enabled, these features send a signal to the websites you visit, indicating that you do not want to be tracked. However, those sites (or third-party content on those sites) may still track you, depending on their privacy practices. Since there’s no clear standard for interpreting the Do Not Track signal, HiView Solutions does not respond to these signals on its websites or services.
If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, please reply to one of our emails with “unsubscribe” in the subject line, or simply email [email protected] to request removal from our list.
