Terms of Service for AlfredGPT

1. Introduction
Welcome to AlfredGPT ("App"), an internal AI-powered assistant developed and operated by myAlfred LLC and Alfred Holdings and its affiliated companies ("we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using AlfredGPT, you ("user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. These Terms apply to all users, including employees, contractors, and any other authorized individuals who access the App.
2. Scope and Access
Access to AlfredGPT is restricted exclusively to employees and authorized representatives of Alfred Holdings and its subsidiaries. Authentication is performed via Single Sign-On (SSO) using official work email accounts from authorized domains (including insurancemarket.ae, holidaymarket.ae, investmentmarket.ae, creditmarket.ae, myalfred.com, alfred.holdings, and others as determined by the administration).
Unauthorized access, sharing of credentials, or any attempt to circumvent access controls is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action and/or legal consequences.
3. Use of Google Workspace
AlfredGPT integrates with Google Workspace services, including Google Chat and Google Drive. By using these integrations, you agree that:
Your use of Google Workspace features within AlfredGPT is subject to Google's Terms of Service and the Google Workspace Terms of Service applicable to your organization.
AlfredGPT accesses Google services solely to provide the App's core functionality (e.g., reading Drive files you explicitly share, sending Chat messages on your behalf). It does not access Google data beyond what is necessary for the requested feature.
One-time OAuth authorization may be required to connect Google Drive access. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Google Account permissions.
4. User Obligations
As a user of AlfredGPT, you agree to:
Use the App solely for legitimate business purposes related to your role.
Not upload, share, or process any data that is confidential, proprietary, or restricted beyond what is necessary for your work tasks.
Not attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or misuse the AI models, prompts, or underlying system architecture.
Not use the App to generate, store, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, or in violation of company policy.
Report any suspected security incidents, misuse, or unauthorized access to the administration team immediately.
Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any other person.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Using the App to generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Submitting personally identifiable information of third parties without their consent.
Using automated scripts, bots, or other means to access or interact with the App outside its intended interface.
Attempting to overload, disrupt, or impair the App's infrastructure or performance.
Using the App to engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate communication.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, and functionality of AlfredGPT — including its AI models, workflows, integrations, and user interface — are the intellectual property of myAlfred LLC and Alfred Holdings. All rights are reserved.
Content generated by the App in response to your queries may be used for your legitimate work purposes. However, you may not reproduce, distribute, or claim ownership of App-generated content outside the scope of your employment without prior written consent.
7. Privacy
Your use of AlfredGPT is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable and continuous access to AlfredGPT; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the App entirely at any time, with or without notice, without liability to users.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
AlfredGPT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
The App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.
The App will meet all of your requirements or expectations.
Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content before acting on it, especially in professional, legal, or financial contexts.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, myAlfred LLC and Alfred Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use AlfredGPT, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AlfredGPT at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms.
Upon termination of your employment or authorized status with Alfred Holdings, your access to the App will be revoked. Any data associated with your account will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be noted by version number and date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Users will be notified of material changes through company communication channels.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and applicable UAE federal law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
