1. Introduction
Welcome to the internal AI GPT web application ("App") of Alfred Holdings and its affiliated companies ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data of our users ("you" or "user") who access the App solely via authorised company work email accounts.
Our goal is to be transparent about our data practices and comply fully with applicable UAE data privacy laws, including the DIFC Data Protection Law and relevant federal regulations.
2. Scope and Access
Access to the App is restricted only to employees of Alfred Holdings and its subsidiaries (domains include insurancemarket.ae, holidaymarket.ae, investmentmarket.ae, creditmarket.ae, myalfred.com, and others). Authentication is performed via Single Sign-On (SSO) tied to official work email accounts. Partners may be granted limited access for testing or consulting purposes and are subject to the same privacy controls.
3. Data We Collect
Personal Identification Information: Name, corporate email address, and authentication data via SSO.
Usage Data: Logs of your interactions with the AI, including queries, responses, timestamps, and session metadata.
Device and Connection Information: IP address, browser type, and access times solely for security and operational purposes.
File and Document Data: Confidential company-related documents or text inputs provided by users during AI usage.
Cookies: First-party cookies are solely used to facilitate site functionality and manage user sessions on the public pages.
We do not collect sensitive personal data categories such as biometric or health data.
4. How We Use Your Data
To provide, maintain, and improve the AI GPT application and related services.
To authenticate and authorise user access via SSO.
To securely store and process AI interaction logs internally without any third-party data processors.
Use of Google Workspace Data: Google user data obtained via OAuth is used solely to provide and improve the App's core features (such as enabling document handling, email integration, or productivity workflows). This data is not used for internal analytics, advertising, or profiling.
To protect the security and integrity of the application against unauthorised access or abuse.
We DO NOT share, sell, or disclose your data to any third parties.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
User data — including chat logs and uploaded files — is retained indefinitely to ensure auditability and continuous service improvement.
Users may request "soft delete" or archival of their data through the administration team; however, full data retention is maintained in backend systems for compliance and security purposes.
Data deletion requests or corrections can be made through the Admin team and will be processed subject to legal or operational requirements.
6. Security Measures
We employ encryption both in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, along with strict access controls integrated within the SSO infrastructure.
All data storage and processing occur on secured company-controlled infrastructure without third-party processors.
Regular security assessments and monitoring ensure the ongoing protection of user data.
7. User Rights
As a user, you have the right to:
Access your data held by the App.
Request corrections to inaccurate personal information.
Request deletion or archival of your data, subject to operational constraints.
Withdraw consent or restrict processing by contacting the Admin team.
Request data export in a machine-readable format.
Please submit all such requests directly to the administration or the Data Protection Officer (contact below).
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our public website and Privacy Policy pages use only first-party cookies to maintain session state and site functionality.
No third-party tracking cookies or analytics tools are used.
You may disable cookies through your browser settings; however, this may limit some site functionalities.
9. Children's Privacy
This App is not designed for or accessible by persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
