Jumpe AI Privacy and Data Security Policy This Privacy and Data Security Policy of the Jumpe AI platform is part of a set of practices we have established in line with industry standards, grounded in our philosophy of transparency and respect for our customers and users. It aims to preserve the right to confidentiality of identity and contains guidelines and information on how we receive, store and use the personal information provided and/or registered by customers, users and visitors to access and use the Jumpe AI platform, and your responsibility regarding the safekeeping, protection and disclosure of such information. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure Jumpe AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, Jumpe AI commits to: Use data obtained via Google APIs exclusively for the purposes described in this policy and for which the user has granted explicit authorization. Not sell user data obtained through Google APIs to third parties. Not use Google data to display personalized advertising. Not transfer Google data to third parties, except when necessary to operate or improve features authorized by the user, or when required by law. Not allow humans to read Google data, except with the user's explicit consent, for security purposes, to comply with legal obligations, or in cases of internal operations essential to the functioning of the service. Definitions Without prejudice to other definitions in this Policy, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below: System: any online solution, proprietary or third-party, made available through the Jumpe AI app or platform. Visitor: anyone who, in any way, accesses the Jumpe AI platform, whether a customer or not. Customer: anyone who uses the products and/or services offered by the Jumpe AI platform, paid or not. User: anyone who registers on this platform and receives a unique individual identification. Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable person, including full name or business name, physical and electronic address, phone number, ID, tax ID, credit card number, financial situation, articles of incorporation, balance sheet, preferences and access patterns. When collected, such information is stored under strict confidentiality and integrity standards. Encryption: the process of encoding information. Data is encoded at the source and decoded at the destination, making it harder to be deciphered while traveling on the internet. Cookies: text files stored by the browser on your computer or mobile device, used to identify the device, personalize access and obtain navigation data. Commitment Jumpe AI is committed to: Collecting only the information necessary to enable its business and to provide the products and/or services requested. Requesting authorization to send informational or promotional material to the email of registered visitors. Allowing the cancellation of previously granted authorization for sending informational or promotional material. Using cookies only to monitor audience and navigation on the platform, except in cases of security violations. Strictly complying with all the provisions of this Privacy and Data Security Policy. Data privacy — data collection Depending on the action performed — when registering, browsing, purchasing or requesting products and/or services from the Jumpe AI platform — information about the following may be requested: Individual identification of the customer; Read-access accounts to capture campaign data on Google Ads; Read-access accounts to capture data on Google Analytics; Write-access accounts on Google Drive to create folders and spreadsheets for Google Sheets integration — strictly limited to this purpose; Read-access accounts to capture campaign data from Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram); Read-access accounts to capture Insights data from Instagram and Facebook; Purchase and payment method of the products or services contracted; Customer preferences, opinions, date and time of access, links clicked and pages visited. Use of data Information captured by the Jumpe AI platform is used for the following purposes: General statistical analysis; Creation of analyses and dashboards integrated with operation results; Greater and better interactivity between the system and the user; Improvement of usability and the interactive experience; More accurate offers and/or information; Answering user questions and requests; Communication and relationship marketing research; Communicating changes, innovations or promotions about the products and services; Enabling the delivery of products or services requested; Identifying profiles, desires or needs of visitors to improve our products and services. Data ownership and removal In compliance with applicable data protection laws (including the Brazilian LGPD), all users of the Jumpe AI platform own their data and may: Revoke or grant, at any time, the continued data collection from any integration connected to the platform, by accessing the Integrations area or canceling the permission on the source platform; Request the complete removal of all collected information, keeping only the email address used to register; Request that all data collected through any integration be completely deleted, with no possibility of recovery; Request a downloadable file in a readable format with all data or information already collected. Data disclosure Jumpe AI does not provide third parties with data on the individual identification of customers, users or visitors without their prior consent, except in legal or judicial scenarios. We are committed to using the collected information only for the purposes defined here, reserving the right to retain it to comply with the law and/or to safeguard against any civil claims, and to destroy it after use. Jumpe AI may use user data to send targeted communications by email or other means. The user may opt out at any time, and we will discontinue such communications as soon as possible. Security of confidential information Access to the personal information collected and stored by Jumpe AI is restricted to professionals authorized to use such information directly. Every contracted organization or individual is required to comply with our privacy and Information Security standards. Jumpe AI is not responsible for losses arising from the leak of personal information caused by the breach of internet security barriers by third parties, such as hackers or crackers. Third parties that receive information about visitors from Jumpe AI are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality and security of such information. Protection of transactional data Transactions for choosing the payment method and completing payment are carried out in a secure environment certified by a company specialized in data security. All information necessary for payment is encrypted. Jumpe AI does not collect credit card numbers and expiration dates. This data is provided directly to financial institutions and is not stored by Jumpe AI. User identification When registering on the Jumpe AI platform, each user receives a unique identification, required and authenticated on subsequent access. This identification serves as a signature of agreement to any proposal made on the platform. The user identification is unique, non-transferable and encrypted. The password is stored in the database in encrypted form, in an irreversible manner. Changes to this policy Jumpe AI may change this Privacy and Data Security Policy at any time, due to changes in legislation or in the services. We recommend periodically reviewing this Policy. Use of the services made available by Jumpe AI implies express acceptance of the terms in effect on the date of use. Applicable law and dispute resolution Any dispute arising from the terms of this Policy will be resolved in accordance with Brazilian law, with the city of São Paulo/SP, Capital District, being the competent forum, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged.
