Legal Terms of Service Last updated: March 27, 2026 01 Overview Welcome to NoteLinker. By accessing or using our website and synchronization services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. NoteLinker is a tool that synchronizes notes from Notion to HubSpot CRM timelines. Please read these terms carefully before using the service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use NoteLinker. 02 Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use NoteLinker. By creating an account or using the service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these terms. If you are using NoteLinker on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. 03 Account Registration To use NoteLinker, you must create an account and connect your Notion and HubSpot accounts via OAuth. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at michael@notelinker.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. 04 The Service NoteLinker provides a platform to synchronize notes from Notion to HubSpot. We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Our service depends on the APIs provided by Notion and HubSpot. If their services experience downtime or their API terms or functionality change, it may affect how NoteLinker operates. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party platform changes or outages. 05 Free Trials NoteLinker may offer a free trial period for new users. During the trial, you will have access to the features included in your selected plan. At the end of the trial period, your account will be downgraded to a free tier unless you subscribe to a paid plan. We will not charge you automatically at the end of a trial. You may cancel during the trial at any time without being charged. 06 Subscriptions and Payments Some parts of the service require a paid subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly), depending on the plan you choose. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the service, contact us within 30 days of your first purchase for a full refund. Refunds after this period are handled on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle. 07 Your Responsibilities You are responsible for the data you sync. You must ensure you have the right to move the information you are sending from Notion to HubSpot. You must keep your account credentials and connected third-party accounts secure. NoteLinker is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your Notion or HubSpot accounts. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the service, including data protection laws that apply to the information you sync. 08 Acceptable Use You agree not to use NoteLinker to: Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service beyond its intended functionality Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or connected third-party platforms Transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful code through the service Use the service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or data that you do not have the right to transmit Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service 09 User Data and Ownership You own all your notes and content. By using NoteLinker, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, and transfer that data solely for the purpose of providing the synchronization service. We do not use your data for any other purpose, including training models, analytics, or advertising. When you delete your account, we will delete your stored credentials and sync metadata within 30 days. 10 Intellectual Property NoteLinker and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NoteLinker and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or software. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use the NoteLinker name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent. 11 Limitation of Liability NoteLinker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoteLinker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. 12 Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NoteLinker, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights. 13 Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to NoteLinker at our discretion if you breach these terms, fail to pay your subscription, or use the service in a way that could harm our systems or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We will delete your stored credentials and sync metadata within 30 days of account termination. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will remain in effect. 14 Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the service. 15 Governing Law and Disputes These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at michael@notelinker.com. We will try to resolve the matter within 30 days. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the State of California. 16 Severability If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. 17 Contact Information If you have questions about these Terms of Service, please reach out to Michael at michael@notelinker.com. © 2026 NoteLinker.
