By downloading, installing, or using the CRM Email Sync - HubSpot Gmail Addon ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CRM Email Sync is a Firefox browser extension that enables users to log and track Gmail conversations directly in HubSpot CRM. The Service includes email logging, contact management, and CRM synchronization features.
3. Account Registration and Eligibility
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
You must have valid Gmail and HubSpot accounts
You must provide accurate and complete registration information
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
4.1 100% free
No payment required to use the app.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
5.1 Permitted Uses
Logging legitimate business emails to your HubSpot CRM
Managing contacts, companies, and deals within your organization
Syncing email data for sales and marketing purposes
5.2 Prohibited Uses
Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Infringing on intellectual property rights
Transmitting spam, malware, or malicious content
Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the Service
Using the Service for unauthorized data collection
Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
6. Data and Privacy
6.1 Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all your email and CRM data
We do not claim ownership of your business information
You grant us limited rights to process data as necessary to provide the Service

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

This license terminates when you stop using the Service
8. Service Availability and Support
8.1 Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
8.2 Support
Email support provided during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST)
Response time target: 24-48 hours for general inquiries
Priority support available for yearly subscribers
Support provided in English only
9. Termination
9.1 Termination by You
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
No refunds provided for partial months/years
9.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
We may suspend service for non-payment
30 days notice provided for termination without cause
10. Disclaimers and Limitations
10.1 Service Disclaimers
Service provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We do not guarantee compatibility with all browser versions
We do not guarantee integration stability with third-party services
We are not responsible for HubSpot API changes affecting functionality
10.2 Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not liable for data loss due to user error or third-party service issues
11. Third-Party Services
11.1 HubSpot Integration
Service requires valid HubSpot account (separate terms apply)
HubSpot API changes may affect Service functionality
We are not responsible for HubSpot service interruptions
11.2 Gmail Integration
Service requires valid Gmail account (Google's terms apply)
Gmail API changes may affect Service functionality
We are not responsible for Gmail service interruptions
12. Refund Policy
12.1 General Policy
No refunds provided for monthly or yearly subscriptions
Free trial allows evaluation before payment commitment
Refunds may be considered for technical issues preventing Service use
12.2 Refund Requests
Must be submitted within 30 days of payment
Must include detailed explanation of technical issues
Refunds processed within 5-10 business days if approved
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically
Significant changes will be communicated via email
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
Users may terminate service if they disagree with changes
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
