Is our data used to train LLM providers?

No. Model training on customer data is contractually prohibited under our service agreements with our LLM vendors.
Which LLM providers do you use?

Our LLM vendors are listed in the sub-processor schedule in our trust center. Each is bound by enterprise terms that prohibit training on customer data.
Can our data appear in another customer’s outputs?
