Mailbox and Integration Data
When you connect a mailbox or third-party integration (such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), we access only the data needed to provide the warm-up, monitoring, and deliverability features you have enabled. We do not sell mailbox data, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except with your permission, for support you request, for security or abuse investigations, or where required by law. You can disconnect a mailbox at any time from your account settings.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect each mailbox and that any personal data you upload to the platform (such as contact lists) was collected lawfully, with all required notices and consents. Where Warmy processes such data on your behalf, you act as the data controller and Warmy acts as your data processor. You agree to indemnify Warmy against claims arising from data you provide without a lawful basis.

These rights are subject to the exceptions and limits allowed by applicable law. We may decline or limit requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, that would affect the rights of others, or where we must keep the data for legal reasons. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal, and deleting certain data may mean we can no longer provide the services.
Where Warmy processes data on behalf of a customer, please direct your request to that customer; we will assist them as required by our agreement and applicable law.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority.
14. Children
Our services are intended for business use and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
15. Links to Third-Party Websites
Our website and platform may contain links to, or integrations with, external websites and services.
Warmy is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of those websites and services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
