Welcome to FollowPilot.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FollowPilot platform and services ("Service").
By using FollowPilot, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
FollowPilot provides a software platform that helps users automate and manage sales follow-ups, including email generation and integrations with third-party tools (e.g., email providers and CRM systems).
We may update or modify the Service at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your company
4. Account & Access
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
All activities under your account
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Free Trial
FollowPilot may offer a 14-day free trial.
Access to features during the trial may be limited
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the trial at any time
Abuse of the trial (e.g., creating multiple accounts to extend access) may result in suspension or termination
6. Subscription & Billing
FollowPilot offers monthly and annual subscription plans.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Annual plans may include promotional benefits (e.g., free months) when paid upfront
Payments are processed via Stripe
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Payments are non-refundable
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for spam, harassment, or unlawful communication
Send misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive emails
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
8. Email & Communication Responsibility
FollowPilot generates and automates follow-up emails, but:
You are fully responsible for the content you send
You must ensure compliance with applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
FollowPilot is not responsible for how emails are used or delivered
9. Third-Party Integrations
FollowPilot integrates with third-party services such as:
Email providers (e.g., Google Gmail)
CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
By connecting these services, you authorize FollowPilot to access and process data on your behalf.
We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
10. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of your data
We process your data only to provide the Service
11. Intellectual Property
FollowPilot and all related software, content, and technology are owned by FollowPilot.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the platform
Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
12. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may:
Modify or discontinue features
Perform maintenance that temporarily affects access
13. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee:
That the Service will be error-free
That generated emails will be accurate or effective
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
FollowPilot shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms
Abuse the Service (including trial abuse or excessive misuse)
Required by law
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
