What is changing: Forager will be added to our enrichment pipeline to process customer-submitted contact data (e.g., names, phone numbers, job titles, company information) for the purpose of data validation and enrichment. Why: Forager strengthens our enrichment quality and will allow us to provide better scored data. Data processed: Customer-submitted contact data provided through TitanX scoring and enrichment jobs. Safeguards: Forager has been assessed through our vendor management process and will be subject to a data processing agreement that governs the handling, security, and confidentiality of personal data.
