They apply specifically to Customers who have accessed, activated, or used one or more features incorporating artificial intelligence (hereinafter referred to as the "AI Features"). These features are part of the Services and are governed by the provisions set out below.
1. Purpose of the AI Features
The AI Features provided by Tomorro, through Azure OpenAI services, are intended to enhance the efficiency, understanding, and management of contract-related processes. They are designed to assist users in their professional activities by automating certain tasks, facilitating the analysis of contractual documents, and making legal information more accessible.
The AI Features specifically aim to:
Reduce the time spent on reading, analyzing, reviewing and drafting contracts;
Facilitate access to information for teams whose core activities are not contract-focused;
Improve the fluidity of internal communication regarding contracts.
2. Limitations and Responsibilities
2.1 Accuracy of Results
AI Features may generate incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated responses. They do not constitute legal advice and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for decision-making.
2.2 Responsibility for Use
The Customer remains solely responsible for the use of the AI Features. Tomorro disclaims all liability for any misinterpretation, misuse, or legal consequences arising from the use of these features.
3. Data Processing and Protection
3.1 Processing by Azure OpenAI
Data submitted through the AI Features is transmitted to Azure OpenAI for processing. This data is not stored or reused for training purposes by the provider. Processing is limited to the current request only.
3.2 Confidentiality and Tomorro's Commitment
Tomorro does not use user data for training purposes. Only data explicitly submitted by users for processing via the AI Features is analyzed. Temporary retention may occur for technical or support-related purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4. Regulatory Compliance
4.1 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Tomorro ensures compliance with the GDPR. A Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) has been carried out, including:
