Core Principle We Don't Store Your Data Unlike many integration tools, Interhubz processes your conversations and contact information in real-time without storing it. When a conversation syncs from Intercom to HubSpot, we act as a secure conduit—not a warehouse. What We Keep Only the minimal reference data necessary to maintain your connections: Internal IDs for connection mapping Sync timestamps Configuration preferences What We Never Store Your actual customer data flows directly between platforms: Message content Customer PII Conversation transcripts Sensitive business data Security by Design Every architectural decision reflects our commitment to protecting your business OAuth 2.0 Authentication We never ask for or store your API keys. All connections use secure OAuth 2.0 flows, meaning you authenticate directly with Intercom and HubSpot. You maintain full control and can revoke access at any time. Encrypted Everywhere All data in transit is protected with TLS/SSL encryption. We enforce HTTPS across our entire platform—no exceptions. Battle-Tested Infrastructure Interhubz runs on Heroku's secure, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. This means automatic security patches, managed SSL certificates, and enterprise-grade physical security without the overhead. Secure Authentication User accounts are protected by industry-standard authentication frameworks with encrypted password storage and secure session management. Proactive Security Scanning Our codebase undergoes continuous static analysis for vulnerability detection and dependency security checks. We catch issues before they reach production.
