Privacy Policy

1. What We Do
RevNudge ("we", "our", "us") is an AI pipeline coaching tool that connects to your HubSpot CRM account to generate weekly sales briefs. We read your CRM data, analyze it using AI, and tell you which deals need attention, why, and exactly what to do.
2. Data We Collect
From HubSpot (via OAuth, read-only access):
Deal information (names, amounts, stages, close dates)
Contact information (names, emails, companies)
Activity data (emails, calls, meetings, notes — metadata only)
Pipeline and owner information
From you directly:
Email address for brief delivery
Settings preferences (thresholds, schedule, language)
Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card details)
3. How We Use Your Data
Generate weekly pipeline analysis briefs
Draft follow-up email suggestions using AI (Anthropic Claude)
Deliver briefs to your specified email address
Store brief history for your review
We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties. We do not use your CRM data to train AI models.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate RevNudge:
HubSpot — CRM data source (via OAuth, read-only)
Anthropic (Claude) — AI analysis and email drafting
Resend — Email delivery
Stripe — Payment processing
Railway — Application hosting
Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies. Your CRM data is sent to Anthropic for analysis but is not retained by Anthropic for model training per their API data usage policy.
5. Data Storage & Security
CRM data is processed in real-time and not permanently stored beyond brief history
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in our database
Brief history (the generated HTML emails) is stored for your review
All data is transmitted over HTTPS
Database hosted on Railway (EU West region)
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect your HubSpot account or delete your RevNudge account, we delete your OAuth tokens, settings, and brief history within 30 days.
7. Your Rights
You can:
Disconnect HubSpot at any time (revokes our access)
Request a copy of your stored data
Request deletion of your account and all associated data

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify active users by email if we make material changes.
