Terms of Service
Effective date: March 2, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Quelvar ("the Service"), operated by Quelvar at quelvar.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, team members, and visitors.
2. Description of Service
Quelvar is a revenue intelligence platform that integrates with HubSpot CRM to provide pipeline analytics, deal risk scoring, AI-powered insights, revenue forecasting, and weekly briefing reports. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with tiered plans (Starter, Growth, Pro).
3. User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure
You are responsible for all activity under your account
You must have authorization to connect the HubSpot account you integrate with Quelvar
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service
Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access and roles within their organization
4. Payment Terms
Free Trial: All new organizations receive a 14-day free trial with Growth-level access. No credit card is required to start a trial.
Subscription: After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Plans are billed monthly. Pricing is as listed on our pricing page at the time of subscription.
Billing: Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the Service
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or any malicious content
Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
6. Data Ownership
Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data you provide to Quelvar, including your HubSpot CRM data. We do not claim ownership of your data.
License: By using the Service, you grant Quelvar a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
AI-Generated Content: Insights, risk scores, and briefings generated by Quelvar's AI are derived from your data and are provided for your use. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs.
7. AI-Assisted Features
Quelvar's AI features, including Ask Q and Closer, provide informational guidance based on data you and your connected HubSpot account provide. AI-generated responses are advisory only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. You are solely responsible for all business decisions made in reliance on AI-generated guidance.
Quelvar makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated response. Pipeline data, deal assessments, forecasts, and closing guidance produced by Quelvar's AI systems are probabilistic estimates based on available data and should not be treated as guarantees or predictions of future outcomes.
By submitting information through Closer or any AI-assisted feature, you confirm that: (a) you have authorization to share that information with Quelvar's systems; (b) the information does not violate any confidentiality obligation, non-disclosure agreement, or applicable law; and (c) you understand that submitted content is processed by Anthropic's API in accordance with Anthropic's privacy policy and Quelvar's data retention policy.
Closer session content is retained for 30 days following your last interaction and then permanently deleted. You may delete your session content at any time from within the Closer interface. Quelvar does not use your submitted deal context or conversation history to train AI models.
Quelvar is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on AI-generated content, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed opportunities, or adverse business outcomes resulting from following AI guidance.
8. Limitation of Liability
Quelvar is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated insights will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quelvar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page or Stripe Customer Portal. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
