Quelvar ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide:
Name and email address on signup
Organization name
Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card data)
Information from HubSpot:
When you connect HubSpot, we sync:
Deal records (name, amount, stage, owner, close date, activity dates)
Company names associated with deals
Pipeline and stage definitions
Contact owner information
We request read-only access only.
Information collected automatically:
Pages visited within Quelvar
Feature usage (anonymized)
Error logs (no personal data)
IP address and browser type
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide and improve Quelvar
To sync and analyze your HubSpot pipeline data
To send the Weekly Monday Briefing (can be unsubscribed at any time)
To send product updates and important account notices
To respond to support requests
We do not sell your data.
We do not use your data for advertising.
We do not share your data with third parties except as described below.
3. Data Sharing
Service providers we use:
Supabase — database and auth hosting
Anthropic — AI responses (Ask Quelvar)
Stripe — payment processing
Resend — transactional email
All providers are bound by data processing agreements. Your CRM data is sent to Anthropic only when you submit a question in Ask Quelvar and is subject to Anthropic's zero data retention API policy.
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. On account deletion:
Your organization data is deleted within 30 days
Billing records retained 7 years per legal requirements
Anonymized usage data may be retained in aggregate
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access a copy of your data
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Disconnect HubSpot at any time
Cancel your account at any time

6. Security
Data encrypted at rest and in transit. Role-based access control. Regular security reviews.

8. Children's Privacy
Quelvar is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We will notify users of material changes via email and in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect.
