We never modify, delete, or write to your HubSpot account. Revoke access anytime from HubSpot. Data Storage Your data is stored in an isolated, encrypted database scoped to your organization only. No other customer can access your data. Encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS). Infrastructure: SOC 2-compliant cloud on AWS us-east-1. Authentication Secure authentication with JWT sessions. Role-based access control — admins, managers, reps, and analysts see only what they need. SSO support coming soon. AI Data Handling Ask Quelvar uses Anthropic's Claude API.
