Privacy Policy Last updated: February 26, 2026 Privacy Policy 1. Data We Access Process Discovery connects to your HubSpot account via OAuth and reads your Deals data — specifically deal stage transition history — solely to generate process maps and bottleneck analysis. We do not access contacts, companies, emails, or any other HubSpot objects. 2. How We Use Your Data Deal data is fetched in real time, processed to build process flow diagrams, and returned directly to you. We do not store, sell, share, or transmit your HubSpot deal data to any third party. All processing is performed on-the-fly and discarded after results are delivered. 3. Authentication Data We store only the information required to maintain your authenticated session: your HubSpot portal ID, associated email address, and encrypted OAuth tokens. This data is used exclusively to maintain the integration and refresh access when needed. 4. Data Retention & Deletion You may revoke the app's access at any time from HubSpot's Connected Apps settings or by contacting us at support@procera.app. Upon revocation, all stored authentication data is permanently deleted within 30 days. 5. Security All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. OAuth tokens stored in our database are encrypted at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information. 6.
