CenterFuze Privacy Policy
H1: CenterFuze Privacy Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2026
Last updated: January 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how CenterFuze, LLC ("CenterFuze," "we," "us") handles personal information when we act for our own business purposes—for example, through centerfuze.com, sales, events, account administration, support, and business relationships. When CenterFuze processes information submitted to the hosted Services by or for a customer ("Customer Data"), the customer generally determines the purposes and means of processing and CenterFuze processes that information under the Customer Agreement and Data Processing Addendum. Individuals should ordinarily direct requests concerning Customer Data to the relevant customer.
1. Information we collect
Depending on the interaction, we may collect:
Identifiers and contact data: name, business email, phone number, company, job title, account identifiers, postal address, and communications preferences.
Commercial and account data: subscriptions, orders, billing contacts, transaction records, support entitlement, and relationship history. CardPointe and Worldpay collect and process payment credentials through approved payment workflows. CenterFuze receives provider-issued tokens and limited payment metadata and does not receive or store full PAN, CVV, PIN, or track data.
Internet and device data: IP address, browser/device type, operating system, pages and features used, referring URLs, timestamps, identifiers, logs, and approximate location derived from IP.
Security and authentication data: login activity, authentication events, audit records, suspected fraud, and security communications.
Communications and support data: messages, meeting information, recordings where notice and consent are provided, tickets, feedback, and files voluntarily supplied.
Professional information: employer, role, business interests, and publicly available professional information.
Sensitive information: CenterFuze does not request sensitive personal information through public website forms. Customers must use approved product workflows and agreements for regulated data.
We collect information directly from individuals, their employer or administrator, product use, devices and browsers, authorized integrations, service providers, partners, and public business sources.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to provide and secure websites and Services; create and administer accounts; authenticate users; respond to inquiries and support requests; provide requested demonstrations and communications; manage orders, billing, and relationships; operate and improve products; analyze performance; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; establish or defend legal claims; and complete a corporate transaction.
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies and CenterFuze acts as controller, the legal basis may be performance of a contract, steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests (such as securing and improving business services and communicating with business contacts), consent, or legal obligation. Individuals may contact us for information about the balancing of legitimate interests.
3. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to:
service providers processing information for hosting, security, communications, analytics, customer relationship management, support, billing, and professional services;
customer administrators and authorized users where necessary to provide a business account;
customer-directed integrations and third parties selected by the customer;
professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and financing parties subject to appropriate duties;
government, regulators, courts, or other parties where disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; and
parties to a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or similar transaction, subject to applicable safeguards.
CenterFuze does not sell Customer Data. Section 9 explains how state-law definitions of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising may apply to certain website technologies and describes available opt-out methods.
4. Cookies and online technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy. Where required, non-essential technologies are used only after appropriate choice. The Cookie Preferences tool provides available consent and opt-out controls. CenterFuze recognizes Global Privacy Control and other legally required opt-out preference signals where applicable.
5. Retention
We retain personal information for the period reasonably necessary for the purposes described, considering the relationship, account status, contract and legal requirements, security and dispute needs, and technical deletion constraints. The 90-day period begins when the applicable subscription expires or terminates. During that period, Customer Data remains available through supported export functionality. It is then deleted from active systems unless retention is required by law, a valid legal hold, security needs, or the governing agreement. Residual copies in backups are isolated from ordinary use and deleted or overwritten under the backup lifecycle. CenterFuze instructs subprocessors to return or delete Customer Personal Data as required by the DPA, subject to applicable legal and technical limitations.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and service. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Additional qualified information appears in the Trust Center.
7. International processing
CenterFuze is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where CenterFuze and its providers operate. Where required, CenterFuze uses an approved transfer mechanism and supplementary measures appropriate to the transfer. The DPA addresses transfers of Customer Personal Data.
8. Privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, an individual may request access, confirmation, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal of a denied request. Rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions. Submit a request by emailing [email protected] or calling 877-790-0707. We may verify identity and authority and will not discriminate for exercising applicable rights.
Authorized agents must provide evidence of authority, and we may confirm the request directly with the individual where permitted. If the request concerns Customer Data, we may refer it to the relevant customer.
Residents of the EEA or UK may complain to their local supervisory authority. Residents of states providing an appeal right may appeal a denied request by replying to the decision or emailing [email protected] with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. CenterFuze will review the appeal and provide a written decision, including any legally required explanation or regulator-contact information, within the period required by applicable law.
9. California and other U.S. state disclosures
The categories collected in the preceding 12 months may include identifiers, customer-record information, commercial information, internet activity, and professional information, for the purposes and disclosures described above. CenterFuze does not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about an individual except as permitted by applicable law. Where applicable law provides a right to limit such use or disclosure, a request may be submitted to [email protected]. CenterFuze retains each category according to Section 5.
CenterFuze does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Certain disclosures involving advertising or analytics technologies may be treated as “sharing,” a “sale,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. Where applicable, individuals may opt out through Cookie Preferences, by emailing [email protected], or through a legally recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control. CenterFuze does not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16.
10. Children
CenterFuze's websites and Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the public website. Customers are responsible for determining whether their use of the Services involves minors and for obtaining required authority.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy and will post the updated date. If changes materially affect existing rights or uses, we will provide additional notice where required.
