Past Incidents
Brief DDoS Attack Mitigated
We have had another smaller DDoS attack this morning which very briefly (for a few seconds) interrupted our North American nodes which resulted in some requests to our API failing, the changes we implemented two days ago for the massive DDoS attack we sustained were automatically enabled and this new attack was mitigated quickly and successfully.
July 19th 2026 at 6:55 AM GMT
DDoS Attack Concluded
The attack has now ceased and we're continuing to roll out changes to our mitigation strategy as a result of this attack. We will archive these incident reports in a few days time.
July 17th 2026 at 7:12 PM GMT
DDoS Attack Contained
For now the mitigations we have put in place are holding and services have been restored, we are not putting the incident as concluded as the attack is ongoing but for now it's contained and full site accessibility has been restored.
July 17th 2026 at 5:16 PM GMT
Sustained DDoS Attack
Mitigation attempts for the attack are still ongoing as the attack continues to be altered by those responsible.
July 17th 2026 at 4:49 PM GMT

July 17th 2026 at 3:43 PM GMT
Sustained DDoS Attack
The attack is being altered as we mitigate it resulting in ongoing instability of our website and API. We're continuing to work on the situation.
July 17th 2026 at 2:46 PM GMT
Sustained DDoS Attack
We believe we've now mitigated most of the attack and we're load sharing between our different geographical regions for the moment to absorb the attack evenly across all our servers, services are still unstable.
July 17th 2026 at 1:32 PM GMT
Sustained DDoS Attack
We're currently experiencing some website stability issues caused by a sustained DDoS attack, we've activated mitigations within our CDN (Content Delivery Network) and services are restoring. All services are affected including the API.

Service Outage
CloudFlare (our Content Delivery Network or CDN) experienced a worldwide outage today (Nov 18th) which made our website and API inaccessible for 3 hours. They have posted an incident report here which you can follow as they update it.
We have written our own blog post here going into some detail about the downtime.
EDIT:// CloudFlare have now posted a blog post detailing the cause of the outage which you can read here.

Dashboard loading issues in North America
Dashboards when loaded from North and South America may have failed to load properly with some buttons being unable to be presssed and various tabs not populating with information.
This was caused by one of our servers in the region suffering a hardware failure that corrupted some files the Dashboard relies on to load. The issue has been corrected and the Dashboard now loads properly on the affected server.
September 22nd 2025 at 2:40 AM GMT
Brief Downtime Experienced
We experienced a DDoS attack today which momentarily (around 40 seconds or so) took down the website and API before our network mitigations automatically engaged, we apologise for this momentary blip in service.

Asian Infrastructure Live
We have restored our main South-Asian infrastructure as the network issues between CloudFlare and our servers appears to have been resolved. We are continuing to monitor the situation and we're keeping our emergency infrastructure in a ready state to take over immediatly if needed.
July 9th 2025 at 4:15 PM GMT
Emergency Asian Infrastructure Enabled
We have brought online our emergency backup infrastructure in East-Asia, all requests originating from Asia & Oceania are now being answered by this infrastructure while we investigate the network issues between CloudFlare and our South-Asia servers.
July 9th 2025 at 8:50 AM GMT
Asian Service Disruption
Our Asian service region is currently disabled due to a network fault between our servers there and CloudFlare. We have re-routed traffic to Europe while we work to bring online our backup infrastructure for this region. This will also affect Oceanic customers who we serve from the same Asian service region.
July 9th 2025 at 6:53 AM GMT
Asian Infrastructure Live
We have now brought online a new server in Singapore called LYRA, it is currently answering all requests originating from Asia, we are continuing to monitor service quality in the region.
May 21st 2025 at 11:49 PM GMT
Asian Infrastructure Situation Update
We are bringing online a new server in Singapore within the next two hours, this will allow us to process traffic within Asia again and lower API response times for the Asian region.
May 21st 2025 at 9:43 PM GMT
Asian Infrastructure Pause
The network issues with our Asian infrastructure started again at 2:20 PM GMT, due to this we have routed Asian bound requests to our European cluster. As a result you will experience higher latency if you ordinarily make requests from Asia.
May 21st 2025 at 4:47 PM GMT
Asian Infrastructure Notice
We experienced some connectivity issues between CloudFlare and our Asian infrastructure between 12:15 AM - 2:15 AM and then again between 2:30 AM - 4:15 AM and finally between 4:30 AM and 7:00 AM, all times in GMT. In all instances this was caused by network conditions outside of our control.
CloudFlare is fully aware of these problems and is continuing to re-route connections to our servers through a different datacenter in the region which is likely why we're experiencing these intermittent service quality issues.
We're very sorry that this keeps occurring. CloudFlare has scheduled maintenance in the Mumbai, Indian datacenter we're using for the 26th of May and we hope that will result in the final resolution of this problem.

May 19th 2025 at 11:08 PM GMT
Asian Infrastructure Notice
We're temporarily running a single server for our Asian service region. This does not represent a performance degredation but it does mean traffic will migrate to our European cluster should this server develop a fault or become overloaded.
May 17th 2025 at 12:24 PM GMT
Asian Infrastructure Update
We have brought back online one of our two Asian servers (QUASAR) and we are monitoring responses from it.
