To provide our services, we need to hold data about you and your applications that we integrate with our platform and have implemented multiple measures to ensure that the security and integrity of your data is maintained.
Security Measures
Measures include (but are not limited to):
Keeping the minimal amount of data we need to provide our services.
The data you provide is encrypted and available only through trusted Connectorly services.
We use strong SSL certificates for authentication of connectorly.io websites and end-points and these are frequently renewed.
All data in transit is encrypted.
All sensitive data is encrypted at least once at rest.
We use world leading, secure hosting providers with very high levels of physical security.
Data held for use with Microsoft Power BI is automatically segregated into separate customer databases.
We enforce the use of long, randomized, complex usernames and passwords for databases.
What data do we hold about you?
When you create your Connectorly account you provide us with contact details email address. Once subscribed our services we require you to provide your billing details, such as your name, your company name, address, tax number, etc. We use this data so we can invoice you and charge for our services.
To pay for our services you must provide your credit card details that are held by Stripe (a 3rd party payment service) and Connectorly holds only a reference to your Stripe payment details.
To use our services you must provide credentials (through 3rd party login)/API keys to access your 3rd party endpoints. When you provide this information we store these encrypted together with your service settings such as your connector name, your timezone, etc.
Connectorly also holds data of your account activities such as login-logout actions, and data updates.
We also hold data about the services we provide through monitoring services, such as service run details and errors.
You can find information under the product-specific section on our help centre for product specific data we hold.
