Data Flow Here is how data moves between your HubSpot portal and PropSweep: 1. You authorize PropSweep via HubSpot's OAuth flow (read-only scopes) 2. PropSweep reads property metadata from HubSpot's API — property names, types, groups, and creation dates 3. PropSweep counts records per property to compute fill rates — only aggregate counts are used, no individual record data is read 4. PropSweep stores property names + fill rate percentages 5. Results are displayed in your browser as a sorted audit report No data is shared with third parties. PropSweep does not sell, share, or transfer your HubSpot data to any external service. 5. Data Retention & Deletion Active plan: Your latest scan results are retained for the duration of your active Pro Pass Expired plan: After your Pro Pass expires, you return to the free tier and can still view your last scan results Manual deletion: You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing [email protected] Uninstall: When you uninstall PropSweep from HubSpot, all stored data associated with your portal is deleted immediately 6. Revoking Access You can disconnect PropSweep from your HubSpot portal at any time: Go to HubSpot Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps Find PropSweep and click "Uninstall" Once uninstalled, PropSweep can no longer access your HubSpot data.
