1. Description of Our Services
Elden Software provides integration and synchronization services that allow merchants to connect their Shopify stores with HubSpot. Depending on the features available in your plan, Elden Software may synchronize customers, contacts, products, orders, line items, companies, abandoned checkouts, and other supported data between connected platforms.
2. Eligibility and Account
You must have the legal authority to use the Shopify store and HubSpot account that you connect to Elden Software. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and credentials and for all activities performed through your connected accounts.
3. Connecting Shopify and HubSpot
To use Elden Software, you may be required to authorize access to your Shopify store and HubSpot portal. By providing authorization, you grant Elden Software permission to access and process the data necessary to provide the requested integration services.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate permissions and legal rights to provide such access.
4. Data Synchronization
Elden Software is designed to automatically synchronize supported data between Shopify and HubSpot. Synchronization may depend on the availability, permissions, APIs, configurations, and limitations of Shopify, HubSpot, and other third-party services.
We do not guarantee that every record will always synchronize successfully or immediately. You are responsible for reviewing synchronized data and maintaining appropriate backups of your business information.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Elden Software to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Access or synchronize data that you do not have permission to access.
Interfere with or attempt to compromise the security of Elden Software or connected services.
Reverse engineer, abuse, or attempt to bypass technical limitations of the service.
Use the service in a way that could damage or disrupt Elden Software, Shopify, HubSpot, or other users.
6. Third-Party Services
Elden Software integrates with third-party platforms, including Shopify and HubSpot. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms, policies, and agreements. Elden Software is not responsible for changes, interruptions, limitations, or availability issues caused by third-party services.
7. Fees and Subscriptions
Certain Elden Software features may require a paid subscription. Where applicable, pricing, billing periods, trial periods, and plan limitations will be presented before or during subscription. You are responsible for applicable fees associated with your selected plan.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of Elden Software is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, process, and protect information associated with our services.

11. Termination
You may stop using Elden Software and disconnect your connected accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or where necessary to protect the security and integrity of Elden Software or other users.
12. Disclaimer
Elden Software is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, synchronization accuracy, or the performance of third-party platforms.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elden Software and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including issues resulting from third-party platforms or data synchronization.
