You can exercise all of it from your account, and we apply the same rights wherever you are. Open Source Models We use open-source AI models that can be audited and verified. Do you use my data to train AI models? No. We never use your conversations, documents, or API traffic to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. Every model is self-hosted on GreenPT infrastructure, so your data never leaves our environment. Can I request a custom Data Processing Agreement? Yes. We sign a standard Data Processing Agreement with every paying customer, and we're happy to negotiate a custom DPA tailored to your specific requirements and use case. Access to your environment is scoped per-account, with audit logging on every administrative action. Can I delete my chat history? Yes. You can manage and delete your own conversations directly from your account at any time. On account closure, your data is removed from our active systems and purged from backups according to our retention schedule. Who can access my conversations? Only you, and the people you explicitly invite to your workspace. GreenPT staff have no routine access to customer content; access requires a documented support request from you and is fully logged.
