This notice explains how Givemefive SRL ("Givemefive", "we") collects and uses personal data when you visit our website, talk to us, use our platform, or open an interactive offer built with our platform. We keep it short and specific. If something is unclear, write to us.
1. Who we are
Givemefive SRL, Rue de Bourgogne 73, 1190 Brussels, Belgium, company number BE 1032.500.068, is the controller of the personal data described in this notice.
Contact for any privacy question or request: privacy@getgivemefive.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to.
2. When we act for our customers
Our customers use the Givemefive platform to build pricing and send offers to their own clients and prospects. The contact details, offers and offer-opening data they store in the platform are processed by Givemefive on their behalf, as a processor. For that data, the company that uses Givemefive (for example, the company that sent you an offer) is the controller. Please contact that company to exercise your rights; we will help them answer you.
The rest of this notice covers the data for which Givemefive is the controller.
3. What we collect, why, and on what legal basis

We do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we do not sell personal data.
4. Who receives your data
Only the Givemefive team (two founders) and the service providers we use to run our business, each bound by a contract that protects your data:
Hosting and platform: Amazon Web Services (EU, Paris), including our self-hosted session replay tool (OpenReplay).
Product analytics: Twilio Segment (United States) and Amplitude (EU data centre, Germany), only if you have accepted analytics.
CRM, email and collaboration: HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack and ClickUp.
Billing: Stripe.
AI tools: Anthropic, used by our team for internal work. The AI features of the platform itself do not receive personal data.
Event partners: for co-organised events, as stated on the registration page.
We may also disclose data to public authorities or courts when the law requires it, or to defend our rights.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Some of the providers listed above are based in the United States or may access data from there. When this happens, the transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified, or by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission. You can ask us for more information on these safeguards.
6. How long we keep your data

7. How we protect your data
Platform data is hosted by AWS in Paris and encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production is restricted to our CTO and protected by multi-factor authentication. Our full technical and organisational measures are available to customers on request.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can object at any time to the use of your data for marketing, and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before. Write to privacy@getgivemefive.com. We answer within one month.
If you think we are not handling your data correctly, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be. We would appreciate the chance to fix things with you first.
9. Changes to this notice
We update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects you, we will let you know by email or on the platform.
