Google Calendar Connecting a Google Calendar is optional. If you connect one, RevRing asks Google for permission to see the list of your calendars and to view and edit the events on them, plus your Google account’s email address and name so the connection is labelled in your settings. How we use it: to show your Google Calendar events in RevRing’s calendar, to keep the times you are busy from being offered on your RevRing booking pages, and to add the appointments you book or create in RevRing to the Google calendar you choose — and keep them up to date if they change or are cancelled. You decide which calendars RevRing shows, which ones block your availability, and which one receives new events. What we store: an encrypted access token and, only for the calendars you turn on, each event’s title, time, location and a shortened description — used solely to provide these features to you. What we never do: we do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except as needed to provide these features, to comply with the law, or with your permission. We do not use it to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, and Google Calendar data is never sent to an AI model. RevRing staff do not read it unless you ask us to for support, for security reasons, or when the law requires it. Disconnecting: you can disconnect at any time under Calendar → Settings → Connected calendars. RevRing then stops syncing, revokes its access with Google, and deletes the stored token and every event it imported. You can also remove RevRing’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. RevRing’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Microsoft Outlook and Calendly connections are handled the same way. Artificial Intelligence (AI) RevRing uses AI models — including third-party models — to increase accuracy and improve our Services. All third-party AI models are contractually bound to keep information confidential and use it only for authorized purposes. 10 Contact Us For more information about your rights or our privacy practices, please reach out through any of the following channels: Privacy Inquiriesprivacy@revring.com Legal Inquirieslegal@revring.com Websitewww.revring.com
