Website terms
Version 2.1, effective 28.09.2026. These terms govern the use of oktul.com. An Oktul application installed from the Atlassian Marketplace is governed by the application licence and by your agreement with Atlassian, not by these terms.
Last updated 28.09.2026 · Oktul OÜ · Registry code 17589681
1. Use of the content
1.1 In these terms, “Website” means oktul.com, and “Content” means everything published on it, including the documentation, the markdown version of each page and llms.txt.
1.2 You may read, quote, cite and forward the Content, and access it by automated means, including to index it and to answer questions about it, provided that Oktul is attributed as the source and, where possible, the page is linked.
1.3 All other rights in the Content are reserved. Without Oktul’s prior written consent you may not republish the Content or a substantial part of it, present it as your own work or the work of another person, or reproduce the documentation in place of linking to it. Nothing in these terms restricts a use that the Copyright Act (Autoriõiguse seadus) permits without the author’s consent, including quotation.
2. Accuracy of the content
2.1 A figure on the Website is stated as at the date shown with it. The documentation describes released functionality only.
2.2 Oktul does not warrant that the Content is complete, current or free of error when it is read. Where the Content and the behaviour of an Oktul application differ, the application governs, and Oktul will correct the Content on being notified at legal@oktul.com.
3. Support
3.1 Support is provided under the application licence to installations with an active subscription or evaluation, through the Oktul Help Center or at support@oktul.com. The initial response target and the resolution targets by severity are published on the trust page. These terms create no support obligation.
3.2 Where an application’s Atlassian Marketplace listing sets a service level, that service level applies and these terms do not limit it.
4. Acceptable use
4.1 You must not interfere with the Website or its security, use the Website to attack or harm another person or system, or use the contact form to send bulk or unsolicited messages.
4.2 Security testing of the Website must be notified through the Oktul Help Center before it begins. Security testing of an Oktul application is governed by the application licence and by Atlassian’s policies for the Forge platform.
4.3 A notice that the Content infringes your rights must be sent to legal@oktul.com and must identify the Content and the right concerned. Oktul will review the notice and respond to it.
5. Liability
5.1 The Website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Oktul is not liable for loss arising from the use of the Website, or from the Content being incomplete, out of date or unavailable.
5.2 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Oktul’s liability for intentional breach, for gross negligence, for death or personal injury, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including § 106 of the Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus).
5.3 If you are a consumer, these terms do not restrict any right you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
5.4 Liability in connection with an Oktul application is governed by the application licence and by your agreement with Atlassian.
6. Service provider, governing law and jurisdiction
6.1 The Website is operated by Oktul OÜ, entered in the Estonian Commercial Register (äriregister) under registry code 17589681, with its registered address at Seebi tn 1-703, 11316 Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia. Email: legal@oktul.com.
6.2 These terms are governed by Estonian law.
6.3 Disputes are resolved by the courts of Estonia, with Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) as the court of first instance. A consumer resident in the European Union may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence and retains the protection of its mandatory law.
6.4 Either party may apply to any competent court for interim relief.
6.5 If a provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
6.6 Notices concerning these terms, including infringement notices, must be sent to legal@oktul.com. Support requests must be raised in the Oktul Help Center.
7. Changes
7.1 Oktul may amend these terms. The version number and effective date at the top of this page identify the version in force. A material amendment is also recorded in the release notes.
7.2 Continued use of the Website does not constitute acceptance of an amendment that has not been published on this page.
Version history. 2.1, effective 28.09.2026: restated in numbered clauses, and the service provider information required by § 4 of the Information Society Services Act (Infoühiskonna teenuse seadus) added; legal notices directed to legal@oktul.com. 2.0, effective 09.09.2026.
