At Quickwork, the security of our systems and the privacy of our customers’ data are of utmost importance. We are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy platform for all our users. Our dedicated in-house security team, along with external experts, work proactively to safeguard our infrastructure against evolving threats.
We welcome and greatly appreciate contributions from the security research community and responsible individuals who help us identify and fix potential vulnerabilities. If you discover a security issue in any of our systems or services, we request that you report it to us in a responsible manner.
Quickwork is proud to collaborate with ethical hackers and security researchers, and we are happy to publicly acknowledge your efforts in making our ecosystem more secure. We also operate a bug bounty program that offers fair rewards for valid and impactful reports.
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it via our official bug bounty program hosted by Com Olho’s Quickwork Bug Bounty Program
Here, you can find:
In-scope targets: A clearly defined list of domains, APIs, and environments that are open for testing.
Program rules: Guidelines on how to engage responsibly with our systems, including avoiding service disruption, using test accounts, and not accessing real user data.
Out-of-scope areas: These include social engineering, physical security testing, denial-of-service attacks, vulnerabilities in third-party providers, and brute-force attempts.
Disclosure policy: We follow a responsible disclosure approach. Vulnerabilities must be reported privately through the designated platform. Please do not publish or share details until we’ve verified and resolved the issue, and granted permission for public disclosure.
Together, let’s build a secure and resilient automation platform. We look forward to collaborating with the security community to make Quickwork even stronger.
