Subprocessors

Neuralwatt engages a limited number of third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") to support the delivery, operation, and security of its services.
Ephemeral Operational Caching
To improve inference performance, throughput, and response times, Neuralwatt may utilize ephemeral operational caching technologies, including key-value (KV) cache systems such as LMCache.
These caches are temporary performance artifacts used solely to process and serve customer requests and are not used for training, fine-tuning, analytics, profiling, or product improvement.
Cached data is automatically expired or removed in accordance with Neuralwatt's operational policies and is not retained as customer records.
Neuralwatt does not use customer prompts, responses, or cached data to train or improve machine learning models.

Subprocessor Updates
Neuralwatt may update this list from time to time. Where required under applicable agreements, Neuralwatt will provide advance notice of material subprocessor changes before such changes become effective.
