At Neuralwatt, we are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we collect, use, and protect your information. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the information we collect when you use our AI inference platform and services.
Information We Collect
Personal Information
We collect personal information that you provide directly to us when you:
Create an account (name, email address, company name)
Contact us for support or information
Register for our services
Participate in surveys or feedback programs
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with our services:
API usage statistics (number of requests, tokens processed)
Model performance metrics (time to first token, request duration)
Energy consumption data (GPU power usage, energy per request)
Billing and usage information
Feature usage patterns
Technical Information
We collect technical information to improve our services and ensure security:
IP addresses
Browser type and version
Device information
Operating system
Referring URLs
Inference Data
When you use our AI inference services, we process and collect the following:
Prompts and completions: Processed transiently to deliver inference results but not permanently stored. Conversation context may be held in volatile memory for up to 24 hours to support multi-turn interactions and is automatically purged after the session expires.
Semantic representations: Anonymized numerical representations of queries may be retained to improve cache performance. These are not intended to reconstruct your original text, though they may encode semantic similarity.
Token counts for billing purposes
Model selection and usage patterns
Performance metrics to optimize our systems
How We Use Your Information

Provide, maintain, and improve our services
Process your requests and transactions
Calculate billing based on energy consumption and token usage
Optimize system performance and energy efficiency
Communicate with you about our services
Monitor and analyze usage patterns and trends
Detect, prevent, and address technical issues
Protect the security and integrity of our platform
Comply with legal obligations
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share information
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
No Training on Your Data
We do not use your API inputs or outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve any machine learning models. Your inference data is yours.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Specific retention periods include:
Inference content (prompts and completions): Processed in real-time and not retained beyond short-lived operational caching (up to 24 hours for multi-turn sessions).
Billing and usage records (token counts, request metadata): Retained for the duration of your account plus any legally required period.
Analytics data (performance metrics, energy usage): Retained for up to 90 days.
Account information (name, email, company): Retained until you delete your account or request removal.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
