Partner Portals Branded, access-controlled portals where partner users view records, register deals, and complete program requirements. Customer Portals Branded, access-controlled portals where customer users open cases, search knowledge, and manage their own accounts. Training (LMS) Hosted courses, lessons, quizzes, and certification records used to enable and track partner or customer learners. Files, Articles & Resources Document library, knowledge articles, and wikis, with visibility controlled per user, role, tier, or region. Production customer data is not hosted on AWS or any third-party cloud provider.
