Acceptance of Terms By creating an account or using our Service, you confirm you’ve read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 2. Eligibility Business Use Only: Our Service is for businesses and organizations, not individual consumers. Authority: If you’re using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms. 3. Account Registration Account Info: Provide complete and accurate business details. Security: You’re responsible for activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. 4. Subscription and Billing Subscription Plans: We offer various plans tailored for B2B needs, each with distinct features. Fees and Payment: Fees are due according to the plan you choose. You authorize us to charge your preferred payment method for subscription fees. Billing Cycle: Recurring charges occur monthly or annually, as selected during signup. Fee Changes: We’ll give notice before changing fees. Continued use of the Service after the changes means you accept the new fees. Late Payments: Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or cancellation of your account until payment is received. 5. Cancellation and Refunds Cancellation: You can cancel at any time by contacting support or adjusting your account settings. Effective Date: When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the current billing period ends. Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds. Please review our Refund Policy for specifics. 6. License and Intellectual Property Ownership: We or our licensors own all software, content, and trademarks on the Service. Venue: All disputes must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas. You consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
