We use services from Google Analytics to help us evaluate and improve our Services. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to help analyze visitor behavior on our Digital Properties and provide us data on the use of our Services.
This evaluation helps us analyze performance metrics and compile reports on activity (based on collection of IP addresses, Internet service provider, browser type, operating system and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, data and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, sections of the Digital Properties visited, number of links clicked while on the Digital Properties, search terms and other similar usage data).

Information collected automatically from your online activity
When you access or use the Services, we use browser cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies (collectively, “Tracking Technologies”) to automatically collect or receive certain standard technical information and other data (such as traffic data, usage data (including but not limited to, profiles viewed, matches made, features used, frequency and duration of the usage of our Digital Properties, and interactions with content on the Digital Properties, location data, device information (including but not limited to, type of device, mobile device platform, operating system, browser type, screen resolution, IP address and other technical information), logs and other communications data) sent to us by your computer, mobile device, tablet, or any other device over time on our Digital Properties, and your online activity across third party websites, apps, and devices. We may also evaluate your computer, mobile phone, or other access device to identify any malicious software or activity that may affect the availability of our Services.
When you access or use any of the Services, advertising companies, analytics networks and providers, and other third parties may also use Tracking Technologies to monitor information related to served advertisements (to improve targeted advertising), collect information about your online activities over time on our Digital Properties and across different websites, apps, online services, digital properties and devices.
The data we or third parties collect automatically may include personal information and/or statistical data that may not identify you personally; however, we or third parties may maintain, combine, or associate it with personal information collected in other ways or received from third parties. We and/or third parties use this information to (i) enhance the performance and functionality of the Services; (ii) personalize your experience with the Services, understand how you use the Services, maintain a persistent session, and improve and further develop the Services; and (iii) serve targeted and other advertising, and provide custom experiences, across other sites, apps, online services, digital properties and devices, measure how the ads perform, and for analytics purposes.
Information from Other Sources
Social Media: We maintain a presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media and third-party sites, including our accounts, pages and related activities. We may collect personal information when you visit or access our social media pages. We will do so in accordance with the terms of use and privacy policies of those sites, apps and applicable law. These sites may provide aggregate information and analysis to us about visitors’ use of our social media pages. This allows us to better understand and analyze our user growth, general demographic information about the users of these pages, and interaction with the content that we post. Overall, this information may be used to help us understand the types of visitors and users of our social media pages and use of the content.
We do not control the practices or policies of social media sites where we may have a presence. For more information or to ask a question about the privacy and security practices of third-party social media sites that you visit, please review the privacy policies and terms of use on their respective websites.
Acquired from Third Parties: We may purchase or receive information from third parties including information related to you. We may combine your information with such acquired information and use it to improve your experience, personalize our services and content, and/or for targeted advertising.
Cookies and tracking technologies
Cookies: Cookies are small packets of data that a website stores on your computer’s hard drive so that your computer will “remember” information about your visit. In addition to collecting information, we use cookies to help us authenticate users, provide content of interest to you, analyze which features you use most frequently, and measure and optimize advertising and promotional effectiveness. Web Beacons: We use web beacons, also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs, to demonstrate that a webpage or email address was accessed or opened, or that certain content was viewed or clicked.

Google Tag Manager: Our Website uses Google Tag Manager which is a solution operated by Google LLC. Google Tag Manager allows website tags to be managed through an interface. Google Tag Manager implements the tags and is a cookie-less domain and does not collect any personal information. Google Tag Manager triggers other tags that may collect personal information under certain circumstances. However, Google Tag Manager does not access this information. Any cookies or tracking disabled at domain or cookie level will remain disabled even when implemented with Google Tag Manager.

Marketing Communications: You may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of any of our marketing emails. Please note that you cannot opt out of receiving transactional e-mails.

How do we protect your information?

Data retention

External sites and third parties
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our Privacy Policy addresses only our use and disclosure of information we collect from and/or about you in your interactions with AiDigital and the Services. If you choose to disclose information to third parties, the use and disclosure restrictions contained in this Privacy Policy will not apply, as we do not control the privacy policies of such third parties, nor are we subject to them.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites (“External Sites”). These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by us of the content on such External Sites. The content of such External Sites is developed and provided by others. You should contact the website administrator or webmaster for those External Sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or any content located on such External Sites. We are not responsible for the content of any linked External Sites and do not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such External Sites. You should take precautions when downloading files from all websites to protect your computer from viruses and other destructive programs.

Important notice to all non-U.S. Residents
Our Digital Properties, Services and servers are located in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that your information, including your personal information, may be transferred to, processed, maintained, and used on computers, servers, and systems located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your country of origin.
Do not track and global privacy control
As discussed above, third parties such as analytics providers may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you access or use the Website or Services. Currently, various browsers offer a “Do Not Track” option, but there is no standard for commercial websites. At this time, we do not monitor, recognize, or honor any opt-out or do not track mechanisms, including general web browser “Do Not Track” settings and/or signals.
We currently support Global Privacy Control (GPC), a specification designed to allow internet users to notify businesses of their privacy preferences, such as whether or not they want to be tracked or have their personal information sold or shared with third parties for targeted advertising. It consists of a setting or extension in the user’s browser or mobile device and acts as a mechanism that our websites can use to honor your privacy settings. GPC is available for an increasing number of browsers and browser extensions, click here to view the options. About children
We do not knowingly collect or receive personal information from children under the age of 18 through the Website and Services. If you are under the age of 18, please do not provide any personal information through the Website and Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Privacy Policy by instructing their children to never provide any personal information on the Website, Services, or any other web site without their permission.
