CHECK IT OUT HERE CSA STAR Level 1 Certification AMC Technology is certified Level 1 by the Cloud Security Alliance’s Security Trust Assurance and Risk (STAR), the industry’s most powerful program for security assurance in the cloud. The STAR Program encompasses key principles of transparency, rigorous auditing, and harmonization of standards. Companies that use STAR indicate best practices and validate the security posture of their cloud offerings. The STAR registry documents the security and privacy controls provided by popular cloud computing offerings. This publicly accessible registry allows cloud customers to assess their security providers in order to make the best procurement decisions. SOC 2 Type 2 Compliant AMC Technology is SOC 2 Type 2 Compliant. AMC has undergone an audit which verified that our cybersecurity controls are designed and implemented correctly in January of 2026, demonstrating their ability to safeguard customer data according to the Trust Services Criteria. Compliant & Secure Across Industry Standards GDPR Compliance DaVinci is designed to provide our customers with the capabilities they need to comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). AMC does not collect any specific customer Personal Identifying Information (PII) and any data that passes through our system is encrypted in transit. HIPAA Compliance AMC has designed DaVinci with the appropriate physical and technical safeguards for Protected Health Information while in transit and at rest in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Our safeguards include: Encryption of data in transit via HTTPS/SSL with TLS 1.2 Encryption of data at rest via AES-256 encryption Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for highly privileged users Azure Security Services for intrusion prevention, DDOS, anti-virus, and anti-malware attacks Information Security Awareness training for new and ongoing employees Role-based Access Control (RBAC) with the least privileged access HTTPS/ TLS 1.2 AMC secures information at rest and in transit through the use of HTTPS/SSL and AES-256 data encryption. PCI Compliance The DaVinci Toolkit is a PCI-neutral integration and orchestration platform. By not handling, storing, or transmitting payment card data, it enables enterprise customers to maintain clean PCI segmentation boundaries. This simplifies compliance audits and reduces the risk footprint for customer experience and IT teams.
