At InvGate we prioritize the confidentiality and security of the information shared through our Security and Compliance self-service portal. These guidelines outline how we protect your data and what steps you can take to ensure your information remains secure.
1. Access Control
User Authentication: Access to the portal requires an invite, which can be requested by entering a corporate e-mail address. The request will be handled by our Security team and a notification will be sent via e-mail when the request is approved.
Role-Based Access: Access to different contents of the portal is granted based on user roles. Customers have the possibility to request a particular file (e.g. SOC 2 Type 2 report) or all available content; full and partial accessed are assessed as part of the access request review process.
2. Data Sharing
Internal Sharing: Data shared within the portal is accessible only to authorized users within your organization and relevant personnel at [Your SaaS Company] who need it to provide support and services.
External Sharing: Customers with copies of the granted content shall not redistribute to other companies, contractors and/or subprocessors without explicit consent from InvGate.
Your data: We do not share your data with third parties, except as required by law or regulatory obligations.
3. Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Requirements
Data Protection Laws: We comply with all relevant data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR, NIS 2 and others, to ensure your data is handled responsibly and legally.
