Google Services
When you connect your Google account, SheetSyncers requests the following permissions:
Email Address - To identify your account and send notifications
Basic Profile Information - Your name and profile picture for personalization
Google Drive Files (Created by SheetSyncers) - To create and manage Google Sheets files that SheetSyncers creates for syncing. We only access files we create, not your other Drive files.
Google Sheets Access - To read and write data to your Google Sheets for two-way synchronization
We access:
Google Sheets spreadsheet content (cells, rows, columns)
Spreadsheet metadata (file name, sheet structure)
We do not access other Google services such as Gmail, Drive files outside Sheets, or personal account information beyond what's listed above.
Other Integrations
Depending on the integrations you enable (e.g., CRM or external APIs), we may access:
Records or fields required to sync data into Google Sheets
Configuration details needed to perform syncing
3. How We Use Information
We use accessed data only to provide core functionality, including:
Creating or updating Google Sheets
Syncing external data into Sheets
Removing or updating outdated records when initiated by the user
Maintaining synchronization accuracy
We do not use user data for advertising, profiling, or marketing.
4. Data Storage and Retention
Data may be processed in real time or temporarily stored to perform syncing operations.
We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the service.
We do not store Google Sheets content longer than required for functionality unless explicitly stated.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.
Data is shared only when required to:
Perform integrations you explicitly enable
Comply with legal obligations
6. User Control and Access Revocation
You can:
Revoke Google access at any time from your Google Account settings
Disable or remove integrations within SheetSyncers
Request deletion of stored data by contacting us
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
