This Privacy Policy explains how Application House Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Company”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit our website at https://www.applicationhouse.com (the “Site”) or otherwise engage with us.
Application House Limited is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11300010 and registered office at Unit 25 Fleetway Business Park, 12-14 Wadsworth Road, Perivale, Middlesex, England, UB6 7LD. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): ZC130676.
We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Application House Limited may operate separate websites and products (including businesscardscan.com, aismshouse.com, and aipayhouse.com), which are governed by their own privacy policies.

Our Services
Application House is a Salesforce consulting, development, and managed services provider, and a registered Salesforce AppExchange ISV partner. Engagement with our services is governed by separate written agreements:
Consulting and development services — subject to a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW)
AppExchange managed packages — subject to the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) on the relevant AppExchange listing, and a separate Data Processing Agreement for business customers
Managed services and support — subject to a separate services agreement
This Privacy Policy covers your interaction with the Site (applicationhouse.com) only. Data processing under any services agreement is governed by the terms of that agreement.
Your Rights Under UK GDPR
You have the following rights in relation to your personal information:
