Terms and Conditions for Use of Augment File Operations By Augment.wc LLC Last Updated: August 7, 2025 Platform Scope This Application is designed exclusively for use within the Salesforce Platform and in connection with an external AI platform API (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Claude, etc.). Functionality is limited to operations that occur within these systems. Data Processing and Privacy Customer data processed by the Application, including potentially personally identifiable information (PII), may be sent to the connected AI platform via API. By using the Application, you acknowledge and accept that such data transfers are governed by the respective AI platform’s terms and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the AI provider’s compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection laws. AI Output Disclaimer The quality and accuracy of the outputs generated by the Application depend on: The configuration of the Application within your Salesforce org, and The behavior and response quality of the AI platform you choose to connect. We make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of the output generated by the AI platform. Human review is strongly advised. AI Platform Costs The use of third-party AI services integrated through the Application (e.g., token-based usage, subscription fees) may result in costs incurred directly by the purchaser. You are solely responsible for managing and paying for any fees associated with the AI platform of your choice. Support and “As Is” Use This Application is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Augment.wc LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, as outcomes may be impacted by platform limits or quotas within the customer’s Salesforce organization. We offer support and guidance for setup and configuration, along with proactive assistance for addressing operational issues. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your issue promptly. However, please be aware that response or resolution times cannot be guaranteed Data Storage Augment.wc LLC does not store, log, or retain any customer data beyond what is already present and accessible within your connected Salesforce org. All processing is ephemeral and scoped to the context of your Salesforce environment and the AI platform in use. Termination You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Salesforce AppExchange Subscription Management system. Upon cancellation, access to the Application will continue until the end of the currently paid subscription period, after which your access will terminate automatically. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California. Modifications We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted at https://augment.ws/toc.html
